YOUTH MINISTRY

SJSL Youth logo.png

Our vision is to create spaces where young people thrive; have fun, realise identity, love God, influence society, become a disciple of Jesus.  We do this as a family, journeying together with lots of laughter and encouragement!

If you’re in school years 7-13, come and join us!

IGNITE

Ignite is a place to have fun, build relationships, be a family and to learn more about God.

Ignite is run at St Luke's Church, Franklin Square, HG1 5EL

4TWELVE

The name ‘4twelve’ came from 1 Timothy 4: 12

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity’.

The aim of this group is to go deeper into the bible and to develop our relationship with God whilst having lots of fun and good discussions.  It will also be a place where young people can discuss issues that are important and relevant to them and how being a Christian might impact the way we react to these issues.

4twelve meet in the upper room at Bo Grove Cafe, Grove Road, HG1 5EP
